Job description

1. Improve Customer Satisfaction and Retention.
2. Providing Quality After sales and service in the territory.
3. Implementing service policies and the systems lay down by the organization and its adherence of the same by dealers.
4. Follow up with the dealers, to resolve the complaint within set time frames.
5. Conduct service activities like free service camps, customer meet & initial Quality to understand from customer his needs and desire on the products.
6. Planning and Ensuring the Trained Technician at all Dealerships to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Sending Technical feedback’s and Failure analysis report for Product improvements.
8. Provide training to dealer staff.
9. Customer compliant redressal
Incumbent should be Diploma or BE in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.

Candidates from Tractor industry / two wheeler industry will be preferred. Candidates having experience of working in Rural sector will be preferred.

Education
UG:
Diploma – Any Specialization, B.Tech/ B.E. – Automobile
PG: Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate
